4. Limited-Release Apparel Drops

Disgruntled Outpost operates primarily on a limited-release "apparel drop" model. The following terms apply specifically to these drops:

Limited Quantities: Products are released in exclusive, limited quantities during scheduled drop windows. Each design is highly exclusive and produced in a finite batch.

No Guaranteed Restocks: Once a drop window closes and inventory is sold out, there are no guaranteed restocks or standard size replacements. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a future re-release — but we make no promises, express or implied.

Drop Windows: Drop dates, times, and durations are announced via our website, email, and social media channels. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel any drop at any time.

Final Sale: All purchases made during a limited-release apparel drop are final and subject to our Refund Policy (Section 6). By completing a purchase during a drop, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full price listed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
