Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment Model
Disgruntled Outpost LLC sells a combination of Disgruntled Outpost original products and merchandise supplied by third-party manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners.
Disgruntled Outpost original products may be produced and fulfilled by Printify or another production partner identified for the applicable product. Merchandise from other suppliers is fulfilled through the applicable supplier or fulfillment center.
Supplier-stocked merchandise should not be interpreted as inventory physically held by Disgruntled Outpost LLC unless we expressly state otherwise.
2. Processing and Production Times
Processing time varies depending on the product, supplier, inventory status, customization, order size, destination, and any required eligibility, application, or procurement review.
Made-to-order or personalized products may require production time before shipment. Supplier-fulfilled merchandise may have different handling and processing times.
Any processing or delivery estimate displayed on a product page, at checkout, in a quote, or in an order communication is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend may require additional processing time. We’ll process them as soon as possible.
Orders may undergo payment verification and manual fulfillment review before being submitted to the applicable production or fulfillment partner. This review may extend processing time before shipment. Customers will be notified of material delays and provided applicable options consistent with consumer protection requirements.
3. Shipping Methods, Rates, and Promotions
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and any free-shipping promotion depend on the products in the order, fulfillment source, destination, order value, carrier availability, and the shipping rules presented for the applicable transaction.
A particular free-shipping threshold is not guaranteed across all products, suppliers, destinations, or procurement transactions unless that offer is expressly displayed for the applicable order.
The shipping options and charges presented at checkout or established in an applicable formal quote or order confirmation control for that transaction.
4. Split Shipments
Products in the same order may originate from different suppliers, manufacturers, production partners, or fulfillment centers.
As a result, an order may:
- ship in multiple packages;
- generate multiple tracking numbers;
- use different carriers; and
- arrive on different dates.
A split shipment does not necessarily mean an item is missing from the order.
5. Tracking and Delivery Estimates
When tracking is available, it will normally be provided after the applicable fulfillment partner or carrier creates or accepts the shipment.
Carrier scans, tracking events, and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the applicable carrier and may change after shipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address when reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production, supplier processing, fulfillment, or carrier tender has begun.
Additional shipping or handling costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Shipments
If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number and available tracking information.
We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier, supplier, manufacturer, or fulfillment-partner investigation so that the issue can be properly documented and resolved.
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Restricted Products and Destinations
Certain products may be subject to destination, carrier, supplier, manufacturer, legal, eligibility, qualification, documentation, or other transaction-specific restrictions.
Disgruntled Outpost may place an order on review, request additional information through an appropriate review process, restrict a shipping method or destination, decline fulfillment, or cancel and refund an affected transaction when the transaction cannot be lawfully or responsibly completed.
9. B2B and Public-Sector Procurement
RFQs, bulk purchases, special orders, professional purchases, and public-sector transactions may use shipping, freight, lead-time, delivery, inspection, and acceptance terms established in the applicable formal quote, purchase order, contract, or written order confirmation.
Those transaction-specific terms control where they expressly differ from this general Shipping Policy, subject to applicable law.
An RFQ or inquiry is not a shipping or fulfillment commitment.
